Access Codes means the unique codes which the Client will determine to enable his/her access to the trading platform of the Company and/or to his/her Trading Account through the Company’s electronic systems.

Access Codes means the username and password given by the Company to the Client for accessing the Company’s website.

Access Codes means together any Key File (if applicable), Password and the Login ID;

If, in our sole discre- tion, we were to determine that you are in breach of any provisions of the terms of our Agreement, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to block access to our trading plat- form(s), blocking and/or revoking your Access Codes and/or terminating your Account.
The Client is responsible to monitor his Account and to notify the Company immediately if it comes to his attention that his Access Codes are lost or being used by an unauthorized third party.
The Client will make every effort possible to keep the Access Codes secret and known only to him and will be liable of any Orders received by the Company through his trading Account under his Access Codes.
The Client agrees that he/she will keep the Access Codes in a safe place chosen in his/her discretion and will not reveal them to any other person.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Client shall not neither the Client nor the End Client shall be permitted to otherwise promote, publish, send electronically or otherwise publicise the Access Code(s).

More Definitions of Access Codes

Access Codes means the Client’s access codes, any login code, password(s), Client’s Trading Account number and any information required for accessing the Company’s trading platform and/or Company’s Client portal;
