As previously mentioned, the institution should have a single PIC linked to an Erasmus Code.
If the "Accreditation Reference" field remains empty, the PIC entered is not linked to an Erasmus Code.
If the "Accreditation Reference" field remains empty, the OID entered is not linked to an Erasmus Code.
Once the applicant's OID is entered, the field entitled "Accreditation Reference" will be automatically filled in with the corresponding Erasmus Code (e.g. A WIEN01).
Data of the organisation will be imported from the Beneficiary Register database, including organisation name, type, address or Erasmus Code (if applicable).
