Access Request definition

Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.

Access Request means a request for access to Facilities or Services on the Access List Determination made by the Access Seeker to SACOFA and containing the information in Section 4.1.3.

Access Request means a request made by the Access Seeker to Fibrecomm for access to Facilities or Services and containing the information in Section 5.1.1.

Examples of Access Request in a sentence

• The Information Technology (IT) Director indicated on the Data Access Request, as well as any staff members and trainees under the direct supervision of the PI are also Approved Users and must abide by the terms laid out in the Data Use Certification Agreement.

• The data may not be used to answer any additional research questions, even if they are within the scope of the approved Data Access Request, unless the Requester submits a new DAR and is approved by NIH to conduct the additional research.

More Definitions of Access Request

Access Request means a request for access to Facilities or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider and containing the information in Clause 4(c) hereof.

Access Request means the request for access to Firm Service in the form contained in the Access Guide;

Access Request means a request from a CP to a CRB for the supply of credit reporting information.
