For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
The Minister shall have the right, subject to the provisions of the Access to Information Act, to release to the public, table before Parliament, or publish by any means, any Canada Information, including such excerpts or summaries of the Canada Information as he may, from time to time, decide to make.

In addition to the above, the Employer, subject to the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act, will endeavour to share information and consult regularly with the Public Service Alliance of Canada on opportunities and challenges related to telework including data collected related to the above departmental or organizational panel on telework, where available.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted so as to preclude Environment Canada from disclosing information that Environment Canada may be required or ordered to disclose pursuant to any applicable federal laws or court orders, including, the Access to Information Act, R.S. 1985.
