Access to List of Trust Certificateholders’ Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Transferor, or to the Indenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee, as the case may be, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a request therefor from the Servicer, the Transferor, the Indenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the requesting party may reasonably request, of the names and addresses of the Trust Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If (i) two or more Trust Certificateholders or (ii) one or more Trust Certificateholders evidencing not less than 25% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interest apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Trust Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Trust Certificateholders. Each Trust Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold either the Transferor, the Certificate Registrar, the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
