The Department-Designated Public Parking Areas, Department-Designated Access Trails, and Department-Designated Rock Climbing Areas shall be provided in “as is” condition.
Licensee’s operation shall be limited to the area(s) provided by the Department of Environmental Protection (“Department”) for purposes of the License and designated in Exhibits A and B as Department-Designated Public Parking Areas, Department-Designated Access Trails, and Department-Designated Rock Climbing Areas (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensed Premises”).
Licensee shall not make improvements to the Department-Designated Access Trails, including, but not limited to, grading, installation of stairs, switchbacks, stepping stones, or drainage features, without written approval from the Department.
