Accessory Uses definition

Accessory Uses means a use customarily incidental and subordinate to the main use and is located on the same parcel of land with such main use;
Accessory Uses means uses which are determined by the Planning Director to be necessary and customarily associated with, and appropriate, incidental, and subordinate to one or more of the Permitted Uses and which are consistent and not more disturbing or disruptive than the Permitted Uses.
Accessory Uses means the use of a structure on the same lot with and of a nature customarily incidental and subordinate to the principal use of the main structure.
