Accommodation Providers definition

Accommodation Providers means people and businesses who wish to offer accommodation to the Sizewell C Construction Workforce and to register with the Accommodation Management System;
Accommodation Providers means hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfasts and any other type of accommodation service provider that enters into a service contract with Booking.com.
Accommodation Providers means the owner(s)/provider(s) of the hotels, apartments, villas and other accommodation featured on this website or otherwise available through somewhere2stay.

  • For each Term of this Agreement, Licensee shall obtain, pay for, maintain, and comply with all licenses, permits, certifications, authorizations, approvals, or any other documents required by all applicable government agency having jurisdiction over the Licensed Premises or the conduct of Licensee's operations thereon.

  • Accommodations means the room or other space provided to transient guests for dwelling, lodging, or sleeping, including furnishings and other accessories, in a facility that is not a campground, hospital, nursing home, emergency shelter, or community mental health or community substance abuse treatment facility. Accommodations do not include food or beverages.
