Accommodation Requirements definition

Accommodation Requirements means the rules and requirements of the Accommodation as set out in Schedule One. Agreement means this Accommodation Agreement between the Student, School, and Parents which governs the Student’s Accommodation arrangements. Application Form means the standard enrolment application form. Contract of Enrolment means the agreement between the Student, the School and the Parents which governs the Student’s Tuition. Related to Accommodation Requirements

  • Certification Requirements means those requirements specified or referenced in this Agreement that you must meet in order to use and maintain the Certification Designation and use the Logo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Risk Retention Requirements means the credit risk retention requirements of Section 15G of the Exchange Act (15 U.S.C. §78o-11), as added by Section 941 of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

  • Program Requirements means that Partner has to fulfill certain program requirements as described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model and the PartnerEdge Program Guide.

  • Offshore facility ’ means any facility of any kind located in, on, or under any of the navigable waters of the United States, and any facility of any kind which is subject to the ju- risdiction of the United States and is located in, on, or under any other waters, other than a vessel or a public vessel;
