Examples of Account Booking in a sentence

  • We shall be entitled to treat any Account Booking made quoting the confidential Customer Account Number as duly authorised by the Customer and the Customer shall be liable in respect of all Charges relating thereto.

  • Prior to making any Account Booking, the Customer must first open an Account with AAA Taxis.

  • Any accounts that remain unpaid on the last day of the month will be charged an Account Booking Fee of $25.00 +GST.

  • These will not normally be communicated to persons making an Account Booking unless the Customer requires it.the London Postal Area; (ii) is restricted to a driving distance of less than 10 miles in any 1 hour period of hire; and (iii) has a minimum of 3 stops in the period of hire, where the Customer or any Passenger directs the Driver for the period of hire (“As Directed Booking”).

  • Designated Account Bank has the meaning specified therefor in Schedule D-1.

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Concentration Account Bank shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(e)(i).

  • Deposit Account Bank means a financial institution selected or approved by the Administrative Agent and with respect to which a Grantor has delivered to the Administrative Agent an executed Deposit Account Control Agreement.

  • Blocked Account Banks means the banks with whom the Borrowers have entered into Blocked Account Agreements.

  • Blocked Account Bank means each bank with whom deposit accounts are maintained in which any funds of any of the Loan Parties from one or more DDAs are concentrated and with whom a Blocked Account Agreement has been, or is required to be, executed in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Running Account Bill means a bill for the payment of "On Account" money to the Contractor during the progress of work on the basis of work done and the supply of non-perishable materials to be incorporated in the work.

  • Agency Account(s means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1 hereof.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Subsidy Account If the Trust Estate contains any Subsidy Loans, the deposit account or accounts created and maintained by the Servicer for deposit of Subsidy Funds and amounts payable under interest subsidy agreements relating to mortgage loans other than the Mortgage Loans.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Operating Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.03.A.

  • Facility Account means the account of Seller at Bank One, Account ---------------- No. 10-36987.

  • Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.

  • Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.
