ACCOUNT CREATION DATE definition
ACCOUNT CREATION DATE means, in relation to any Account, the date on which that Account becomes available to the relevant Obligor pursuant to the terms of a Card Agreement;
ACCOUNT CREATION DATE means the date on which Customer elects to accept all terms within the AYMBot SaaS Subscription Agreement, funds the account, and affirms their election by checking the respective boxes indicating their intent on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ . This affirmation is binding in all respects whether the election was made by: the Customer directly, an authorized representative or agent of the Customer, or by an AYM Holdings representative assisting in the creation of the account.
ACCOUNT CREATION DATE means, in respect of an Account, the date on which such Account is opened on or, as the case may be, transferred to, the Originator’s System.
