Account Group definition

Account Group. (as defined below) transferred off the Servicer's servicing system plus any other expenses related to additional, special or unique requests of the Lender.
Account Group means those combined Loans for a Borrower with the same lender and guarantor, which Loans are in the same status, are the same loan type (loan types being ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Unsubsidized, PLUS or SLS), and which have the same repayment terms and common characteristics for processing and billing. With respect to Consolidation Loans underlying subsidized and unsubsidized Loans are separate Account Groups.
Account Group means those combined Loans for a Borrower with the same lender, branch and guarantor, which Loans are in the same status, are the same Loan type (Loan types being Stafford, Stafford Unsubsidized, PLUS, SLS, or Alternative), and whi▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇epayment terms and common characteristics for processing and billing. Only with respect to Loans serviced by Sub-servicer and not subserviced by USA Group Loan Services, Inc. ("USA Group") as of January 1, 1999,

Examples of Account Group in a sentence

  • Group I Cap 1 Account; Group I Cap 2 Account; Group I Swap Account; Class I-P Reserve Fund; Carryover Reserve Fund.

  • If Lender sells or removes any Education Loan from the Servicer system with Servicer's prior written approval (i.e., for reasons such as serialization, but subject to Servicer's sole discretion), Lender agrees to pay to Servicer a removal fee of Twenty-One dollars ($21.00) per "Account Group" (as defined below) transferred off the Servicer's servicing system plus any other expenses related to additional, special or unique requests of the Lender.

Related to Account Group
