Account Modification Request definition

Account Modification Request means all the requests in respect of modification of account details and information of the Client registered with the Portfolio Manager including but not limited to request for change of registered bank account, change of Nominee, change of address, change of registered email address, change of mobile number, etc. to be submitted to the Portfolio Manager in prescribed mode signed by all the holders.

  • The term "Account Owner" refers to the person or entity named as the Account Owner on any Business Account Application or Account Modification Request and Authorization (“Application”) executed in connection with the opening, maintenance or modification of any Business Accounts with us.
