Account Price definition

Account Price means the aggregate amount of the Initial Payment and the Final Payment described in Paragraph 3.B. below that SPP is to pay to or on behalf of the Dealer for the Account the Dealer generated.

Examples of Account Price in a sentence

  • The Account Price that Dealer will receive and the terms for payment thereof are set forth in Section 3 below.
