Account Price definition

Account Price means the aggregate amount of the Initial Payment and the Final Payment described in Paragraph 3.B. below that SPP is to pay to or on behalf of the Dealer for the Account the Dealer generated.
Account Price means the aggregate amount of the Initial Payment and the Final Payment described in Paragraph 3.B below that ASCF is to pay to or on behalf of the Dealer for the Account the Dealer generated.

  • Discount Price means the product of (i) the price per share of Capital Stock sold in an Equity Financing and (ii) 100% less the Discount.

  • Valuation Price means in respect of a Valuation Date and any relevant Scheduled Trading Day, the price of the Reference Asset at the Valuation Time on such day, as determined by the Determination Agent.

  • Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, for such Payment Date and (b) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such Payment Date; provided, however, that if such Payment Date is the Redemption Date, the “Reserve Account Draw Amount” shall mean an amount equal to the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account on the Redemption Date.
