Accountant Arbitrator definition

Accountant Arbitrator has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(e).

  • The Accountant Arbitrator shall resolve all remaining Disputed Items in accordance herewith within 20 Business Days from the date of its designation.

  • In the event that Buyer and Seller cannot agree on the form of purchase agreement, the matter shall be submitted to Accountant Arbitrator in accordance with Section 2.4(f).
