Accountholder Indebtedness definition

Accountholder Indebtedness means, without duplication: (a) all amounts charged and owing by Accountholders with respect to an Account, including principal balances and finance charges, whether billed or accrued, billed late fees and other similar billed fees; plus (b) any and all Accrued Interest on such Account; less (c) the amount of any payments received, any credit balance owed to Accountholders, including any credits associated with returns of Goods and Services and similar credits and adjustments on such Account, whether or not billed or posted.

Examples of Accountholder Indebtedness in a sentence

  • As of the Closing Date, the total amount of Credit Balances on Accounts shall not exceed one percent (1%) of the Accountholder Indebtedness.

  • All purchases of Goods in connection with the Accounts and the Accountholder Indebtedness shall create the relationship of debtor and creditor between the Accountholder and Bank, respectively.

  • Bank shall not securitize the Accountholder Indebtedness in any manner that may encumber or interfere with the right of Blair, or its Nominated Purchaser, to purchase any of the Program Ass▇▇▇ ▇pon termination of this Agreement.

  • Ba▇▇ ▇▇▇▇l have the right to securitize the Accountholder Indebtedness or any part thereof by itself or as part of a larger offering at any time.

  • Not less than three (3) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser the Valuation Statement showing Seller’s good faith determination of the Estimated Purchase Price, together with supporting documentation and calculations for the Accountholder Indebtedness on the Accounts used to calculate the Estimated Purchase Price.

  • After termination of this Agreement, the license granted in this section shall terminate thirty (30) days after the Bank no longer owns any Accounts or Accountholder Indebtedness.
