Accounting Determination definition

Accounting Determination has the meaning set forth in Section 1.02.

Accounting Determination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(b) of this Agreement.

Examples of Accounting Determination in a sentence

  • The Accounting Referee shall resolve the dispute (the “Accounting Determination”) within thirty (30) days of having the item referred to it and such Accounting Determination shall be final and binding on the parties hereto.
