Accounting Expenses definition

Accounting Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 9.12.
Accounting Expenses means any direct expenses incurred by a Party in connection with its preparation of any reports required under Article 2 of this Agreement or any other reports prepared in support of any calculation required to be made hereunder.
Accounting Expenses means the fees and expenses payable by the Company or the Company Subsidiaries to its outside financial and accounting advisors, including all fees and other costs payable to UHY LLP and Stout Risius Ross, Inc., with respect to engagements by the Company to perform services in connection with the Company’s obligations in Section 7.3, whether or not billed or accrued.

Examples of Accounting Expenses in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the KBS Specific Accounting Expenses attributable to the Company or the Property Owner LLC shall be a KBS expense and shall not be an expense of the Company.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, none of the Company, the Sellers or the Principals shall be required to pay expenses constituting Special Accounting Expenses.
