Accounts 2024 definition

Accounts 2024 means the consolidated audited financial statements of SERB for the 12 months financial year ending on 31 December 2024 prepared by the auditors of SERB consented to by Advancecon and adopted by the shareholders of SERB (including Advancecon) and shall include any notes thereon and any reports, statements or documents annexed or attached thereto;
Accounts 2024 means the audited consolidated financial statements of EXPO for the 12 months financial year ending on 30 June 2024 audited by the auditors of EXPO consented to by MBGB and adopted by the shareholders of EXPO and shall include any notes thereon and any reports, statements or documents annexed or attached thereto;
Accounts 2024 means the audited financial statements of Sung Master for the 12 months financial year ending on 30 September 2024 prepared by the auditors of the Sung Master consented to by Kanger and adopted by the shareholder of Sung Master (it being Kanger) and which has been lodged with Companies Commission of Malaysia and shall include any notes thereon and any reports, statements or documents annexed or attached thereto;

Related to Accounts 2024

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Management Accounts means, in relation to any Reporting Period, the Franchisee’s management accounts which: (a) comply with paragraph 3.10 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives); and (b) are required to be delivered to the Secretary of State by the Franchisee in accordance with paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

  • Cash Management Accounts means the bank accounts of each Loan Party maintained at one or more Cash Management Banks listed on Schedule 8.01.

  • Reserve Accounts means the Cash Management Account, the Clearing Account, the Tax and Insurance Reserve Account, the Required Repairs Reserve Account, the Capital Expenditure Reserve Account, the TI/LC Reserve Account, the Excess Cash Flow Account, the Operating Expense Reserve Account and any other account established by this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.
