Accredited official definition

Accredited official means a Secretary or official of a Union party to this Award. In the case of an official, he/she shall only be deemed an “accredited official” when the holder for the time being of a certificate signed by the relevant Union Secretary and bearing the Union’s seal.
Accredited official means an individual who holds current accreditation recognised by LV as a referee or an umpire.
Accredited official means the Secretary or an official of a Union party to this Agreement. In the case of an official, they will only be deemed an “accredited official” when the holder for the time being of a certificate signed by the relevant Union Secretary and bearing the Union’s seal.
