Accredited Providers definition

Accredited Providers means, providers of Social, and Other Specific Services, as defined in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and who are subject to external registration, inspection and rating;
Accredited Providers means the list of accredited providers of goods and services on the supplier database of the Municipality;

  • Designated provider means a person who:
