Accredited Supplier definition

Accredited Supplier means a supplier of goods or services (such as floristry, lighting, staging, AV equipment or entertainment) on our list of approved suppliers;
Accredited Supplier means a prospective supplier whose details are recorded in the Register at the time when the Municipality invites offers;
Accredited Supplier means a person who holds an accreditation under regulation 61B;

  • It is expected of all prospective service providers who are not yet registered on the Municipality's Accredited Supplier Database to register without delay on the prescribed form.

More Definitions of Accredited Supplier

  • Original contractor means a person, including an owner-builder, that contracts with an owner to provide preconstruction service or construction work.

  • Class-II local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this order.

  • The Sub-Contractor means any person, firm or company (other than the Contractor) to whom any part of the work has been entrusted by the Contractor with the written consent of the Engineer-In-Charge and the legal representative successors and permitted assignee of such person, firm or company.

  • Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.
