Accretion Date definition

Accretion Date means, with respect to any Capital Appreciation Bond, (a) the date on which the Bonds of the Series of which such Bond is a part are first issued by the Transportation Enterprise; and (b) June 30 and December 31 of each year, commencing on the June 30 or December 31 specified in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing such Bond.
Accretion Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.18.
Accretion Date means any date defined as such in a Supplemental Indenture for purposes of determining the Accreted Value or Maturity Value of a Capital Appreciation Note.

  • Any Capital Appreciation Bonds shall bear interest from the Closing Date at the compounding rate or rates of interest per year (computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months), accrued and compounded on each Interest Accretion Date and payable at maturity, that will result in the aggregate Maturity Amounts payable at maturity, as shall be specified by the Treasurer in the Certificate of Award.
