Maturity Value definition

Maturity Value means the Accreted Value of any Capital Appreciation Bond on its maturity date.
Maturity Value means the amount payable to the Customer at the end of the term of the Term/Fixed Deposit subject to deduction of any tax as may be applicable.
Maturity Value means the relevant Face Value plus unpaid and accrued applicable interests up to but excluding the Maturity Date;

Examples of Maturity Value in a sentence

  • Without limiting the foregoing, in determining the Early Maturity Value, Termination Payment or the Buy-Back Price the Issuer may deduct any costs, losses or expenses that it reasonably incurs in relation to the Early Maturity or Issuer Buy-Back, including without limitation, Costs and Taxes, Break Costs, administrative costs, costs of unwinding any hedge put in place for the purposes of meeting its obligations under these Terms, and any cost of funding or any loss of bargain.

More Definitions of Maturity Value

Maturity Value means the Issue Price plus unpaid and accrued applicable interests up to but excluding the Maturity Date;
