Accrual Class definition

Accrual Class. A Class on which interest accrues and is added to its principal amount upon the terms and to the extent provided in the related Terms Supplement.
Accrual Class. With respect to any Series, any Class of Certificates designated as such in the related Prospectus Supplement.

Examples of Accrual Class in a sentence

  • Interest accrued on each Lower Tier Accrual Class during each Interest Accrual Period shall not be distributed thereon as interest but shall instead be added to the Class Balance thereof on the related Distribution Date.

  • Interest accrued with respect to each Accrual Class during any Interest Accrual Period shall not be distributed thereon as interest but instead shall be added to the Class Balance thereof on the related Distribution Date.

  • Interest accrued on each Class of Lower Tier Regular Classes for the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Interest Rate shall be distributed on each applicable Distribution Date, except as specified below in the case of each Lower Tier Accrual Class.

  • On each Distribution Date, except as provided below with respect to each Lower Tier Accrual Class, the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon shall be applied first to the distribution of interest accrued on each applicable Class of Lower Tier Regular Classes during the preceding Interest Accrual Period at the per annum rate specified on the Lower Tier Schedule and second to the principal thereof as described below.

  • Interest accrued on each Class of Lower Tier Regular Classes for the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Interest Rate shall be distributed on each applicable Distribution Date, except as specified below in the case of the Lower Tier Accrual Class.

  • As soon as practicable following the eleventh calendar day of each month, Xxxxxx Mae will make available the Class Factor (carried to eight decimal places) for each Class of Certificates after giving effect to the distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount during the current calendar month and any addition to the Class Balance of any Accrual Class.

  • On each Distribution Date, except as provided below with respect to the Lower Tier Accrual Class, the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon shall be applied, first, to the distribution of interest accrued on each applicable Class of Lower Tier Regular Classes during the preceding Interest Accrual Period at the per annum rate specified on the Lower Tier Schedule and, second, to the principal thereof as described below.

  • Original Class B-4 Percentage The Class B-4 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.11.

  • Original Class B-3 Percentage The Class B-3 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.10.

  • Accrual Amount With respect to any Class of Accrual Certificates and any Distribution Date prior to the Accrual Termination Date, the amount allocable to interest on such Class of Accrual Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(a)(ii).

  • Original Class B-5 Percentage The Class B-5 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.12.

  • Class A Interest Accrual Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Interest Accrual Amounts for the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Original Class Principal Balance means, with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, the initial Class Principal Balance thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.18.

  • Class A-X Notional Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Non-Discount Mortgage Loans.

  • Original Class B-5 Principal Balance The Class B-5 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class B-1 Principal Balance The Class B-1 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
