Accrued Interest Component definition

Accrued Interest Component means, for any Collection Period, that portion of the Interest Component of all Related Commercial Paper outstanding at any time during such Collection Period which has accrued from the first day through the last day of such Collection Period whether or not such Related Commercial Paper matures during such Collection Period, based on the actual number of days in such Collection Period that such Related Commercial Paper was outstanding.
Accrued Interest Component means, for any Collection Period, the Interest Component of all Related Commercial Paper outstanding at any time during such Collection Period which has accrued from the first day through the last day of such Collection Period, whether or not such Related Commercial Paper matures during such Collection Period. For purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, the portion of the Interest Component of Related Commercial Paper accrued in a Settlement Period in which Related Commercial Paper has a stated maturity date that succeeds the last day of such Settlement Period shall be computed based on the actual number of days that such Related Commercial Paper was outstanding during such Settlement Period.

More Definitions of Accrued Interest Component

Accrued Interest Component means, for any Monthly Period for any Senior Class, the Interest Component of all Related Commercial Paper outstanding with respect to such Senior Class at any time during such Monthly Period which has accrued from the first day through the last day of such Monthly Period, whether or not such Related Commercial Paper matures during such Monthly Period. For purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, the portion of the Interest Component of Related Commercial Paper accrued in a Monthly Period which Related Commercial Paper has a stated maturity date that succeeds the last day of such Monthly Period shall be computed based on the actual number of days that such Related Commercial Paper was outstanding during such Monthly Period.
Accrued Interest Component when used with respect to the Commercial Paper, shall mean, for any period of determination thereof, the Interest Component of all Commercial Paper outstanding at any time during such period which has accrued from the first day through the last day of such period, whether or not such Commercial Paper matures during such period or thereafter. For purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, the portion of the Interest Component of any Commercial Paper accrued in a period shall be expressed as a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days elapsed that such Commercial Paper was Outstanding during such period and the denominator of which is the number of days such Commercial Paper was or is scheduled to be Outstanding.
Accrued Interest Component means for any Collection Period, the Interest Component of all Related Commercial Paper outstanding at any time during such Collection Period which has accrued from the first day through the last day of such Collection Period whether or not such Related Commercial Paper matures during such Collection Period. Accrued Interest Component. Face Amount" and "Interest Component."
Accrued Interest Component means, as of any day of determination, the interest (and discount) which has accrued (and accreted) from, and including, the most recent Accrual Date to, but excluding, such day of determination with respect to Commercial Paper; provided, however, that if the Interest Rate Swaps are not in full force and effect or if any of the Swap Counterparties has failed to make any payment required under the Interest Rate Swaps (subject to any grace periods set forth in the Interest Rate Swaps), then such amount shall not exceed the amount of interest accrued on the Mortgage Loans (net of servicing fees) since the preceding Distribution Date.
Accrued Interest Component. For any Collection Period, the Interest Component of all Commercial Paper Notes outstanding at any time during such Collection Period which has accrued from the first day through the last day of such Collection Period whether or not such Commercial Paper Notes mature during such Collection Period. For purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, the portion of the Interest Component of Commercial Paper Notes accrued in a Collection Period in which Commercial Paper Notes have a stated maturity date that succeeds the last day of such Collection Period shall be based on the actual number of days elapsed in such Collection Period during which Commercial Paper Notes were outstanding.

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Adjusted Actual/360 Accrued Interest Amount with respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest referred to in clause (B) of the second sentence of the prior paragraph, for any Interest Accrual Period, is an amount of interest equal to the product of (a) the Net Mortgage Rate then in effect (including as a result of any step-up provision) for the related Mortgage Loan under the original terms of such Mortgage Loan in effect as of the Closing Date (without regard to any modifications, extensions, waivers or amendments of such Mortgage Loan subsequent to the Closing Date, whether entered into by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer or in connection with any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar proceeding involving the related Borrower), multiplied by (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Interest Accrual Period, and the denominator of which is 360, multiplied by (c) the Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interest immediately prior to the Distribution Date that corresponds to such Interest Accrual Period; provided that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during (x) December of any year that does not immediately precede a leap year or (y) January of any year, then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be decreased by the Interest Reserve Amount, if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.04(c), from the Distribution Account to the Interest Reserve Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period; and provided, further, that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during February of any year (or during any December or January preceding the month of the Final Distribution Date), then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be increased by the Interest Reserve Amount(s), if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.05(c), from the Interest Reserve Account to the Distribution Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period.

  • Accrued Interest means, with respect to Single Family Shared-Loss Loans, the amount of earned and unpaid interest at the note rate specified in the applicable loan documents, limited to 90 days.

  • Maximum Uncertificated Accrued Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) accrued interest at the Uncertificated REMIC II Pass-Through Rate applicable to REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ minus the REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (ii) the aggregate amount of Uncertificated Accrued Interest for such Distribution Date on the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ and IO), with the rate on each such REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4) subject to a cap equal to the least of (x) the One-Month LIBOR Pass Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificate, (y) 11.00% per annum and (z) the Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date, and with the rate on each of the REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) the per annum fixed rate specified in the definition of “Pass-Through Rate” for the Corresponding Certificate, and (ii) the related Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that solely for this purpose, the related cap with respect to each REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4 and IO) shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period.   • Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class B Notes at the Class B Interest Rate on the Class B Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class B Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class B-2 Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of the Class B-2 Interest Shortfall Amounts for prior Distribution Dates is in excess of the amounts distributed in respect of the Class B-2 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph ninth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.48000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Adjusted Principal Balance As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class B Certificates, the greater of (A) zero and (B) (i) the Principal Balance of such Class with respect to such Distribution Date minus (ii) the Adjustment Amount for such Distribution Date less the Principal Balances for any Classes of Class B Certificates with higher numerical designations.

  • Class B-6 Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of the Class B-6 Interest Shortfall Amounts for prior Distribution Dates is in excess of the amounts distributed in respect of the Class B-6 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph twenty-first of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Class B-5 Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of the Class B-5 Interest Shortfall Amounts for prior Distribution Dates is in excess of the amounts distributed in respect of the Class B-5 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph eighteenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Component Principal Balance As of any date of determination, either the PO-1 Component Principal Balance on such date or the PO-2 Component Principal Balance on such date as applicable.
