Accrued Work Time definition

Accrued Work Time is all time worked by the employee (except paid overtime) during the settlement period.
Accrued Work Time. (AWT) is all time worked by the employee (except paid overtime or time worked outside of the bandwidth) during the settlement period.
Accrued Work Time is all approved time worked by the employee, including paid and unpaid leave and excluding paid overtime during the settlement period. WITHOUT PREJUDICE – FOR ENTERPRISE BARGAINING PURPOSES ONLY – 1/7/2015 “Operational Business Hours” are the normal hours of business during which institutes and central units are required to operate. Business hours shall be determined by Institute Directors and Executive Directors.

Examples of Accrued Work Time in a sentence

  • Subject to operational requirements and approval from the manager, employees may accrue and take up to six (6) flex-time days in any 12 week settlement period – see Accrued Work Time below.

  • The covered payroll (annual payroll of active employees covered by the plan) was $0, and the ratio of the UAAL to the covered payroll was infinity%.

  • Accrued Work Time (AWT) – Full time employees Where reasonably practical employees, should seek approval from their manager to accrue work time beyond 7 hours per day.

  • Total Accrued Work Time (AWT) is not to exceed 462 on a cumulative basis except in exceptional circumstances.

Related to Accrued Work Time

  • Accrued Day(s) Off means the paid day(s) off accruing to an employee resulting from an entitlement to the 38 hour week as prescribed in Clause 6. - Hours of this award.

  • Accrued Day Off means the paid day off accruing to an employee resulting from an entitlement to the 38 hour week as prescribed in Clause 6. - Hours of Duty, Overtime and On Call, in this award.

  • Separation Date has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

  • Stated Termination Date means December 31, 2000.

  • Accrued Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a)(iv).

  • Date of Termination means the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, however, that (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

  • Lease Termination Date means the last day of the Lease Term.

  • Accrued Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b) of this Agreement.

  • Accrued Base Salary means the amount of Executive's Base Salary which is accrued but not yet paid as of the Date of Termination.

  • Severance Date means the date on which an Eligible Employee incurs a Severance.

  • Employment Termination Date means, with respect to a Participant, the first day upon which the Participant no longer has an employment or service relationship with the Company or any Related Company.

  • Accrued Obligations are (i) Executive’s accrued but unpaid salary through the date of termination, (ii) any unreimbursed business expenses incurred by Executive payable in accordance with the Company’s standard expense reimbursement policies, and (iii) benefits owed to Executive under any qualified retirement plan or health and welfare benefit plan in which Executive was a participant in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of such plan.

  • Continuation Date means any date on which Borrower continues a LIBOR Advance into another Interest Period.

  • Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.

  • Accrued Obligation means the sum of (x) the Executive's Annual Base Salary through the Date of Termination for periods through but not following his Separation From Service and (y) any accrued vacation pay earned by the Executive subject to any applicable Company policies on carryover of accrued vacation pay, and in each case, to the extent not theretofore paid.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Purchase Termination Date means the date upon which the Transferor shall cease, for any reason whatsoever, to make purchases of Receivables from the Seller under the Receivables Purchase Agreement or the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall terminate for any reason whatsoever.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(a).

  • Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example

  • Accrued Bonus means the bonus, which may be negative or positive, which is calculated in the manner set forth in Section V.A.

  • Release Expiration Date means the date that is twenty-one (21) days following the date upon which the Company timely delivers to Executive the Release (which shall occur no later than seven (7) days after the Date of Termination), or in the event that such termination of employment is “in connection with an exit incentive or other employment termination program” (as such phrase is defined in the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended), the date that is forty-five (45) days following such delivery date.

  • Continuation Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Bill Date The date when a CenturyLink service is billed and/or invoiced to a customer. The Bill Date is generally the date one (1) Day past the billing cycle close date and will appear on any such bill or invoice.

  • Stated Expiration Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(d).

  • Hire Date has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(a).

  • Scheduled Expiration Date is defined in Schedule 1 to the Lease.
