Acorn Purchase Agreement definition
Acorn Purchase Agreement means the Convertible Debenture Purchase Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among the Company and Acorn Investment Trust on behalf of its series Acorn Fund.
Acorn Purchase Agreement shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
