Examples of ACP Services in a sentence

  • In the event that a claim is made against the ACP Carrier in respect of ACP Services provided pursuant to the TessPay Platform, the ACP Carrier shall promptly give TessPay Services written notice of such claim.

  • All Sys Prin will have data processing functionality equivalent to those Sys Prin used to provide the production ACP Services described in section 1 of this Exhibit.

  • Customer also agrees that it shall use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that its End Users do not upload or distribute files that contain Viruses, malicious files or other harmful code on to, or disrupt or attempts to disrupt the systems and networks used for the provision of the ACP Services.

  • Customer is responsible for responding to any request from a third party regarding Customer’s use of ACP Services, such as a request to take down content under any applicable laws.

  • For the avoidance of doubt and by way of example, a breach of the Kiosk Services that is not applicable to other Products and Services shall only terminate the Kiosk Services and will not affect the ACP Services or Output / Print Services.

  • Customer therefore agrees that it shall not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit the ACP Services by making them available for access or use by any third party (except End Users), including by means of operating a service bureau, outsourcing or time‐sharing service.

  • Accenture or Cloud Vendor may make non‐Cloud Vendor products or services available to Customer through the use of the ACP Services.

  • Any such Affiliate shall be added to this Agreement as an additional licensed user; provided such Affiliate’s use of the licensed Products is in conjunction with its use of the ACP Services.

Related to ACP Services

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;
