Acquiror ERISA Affiliate definition

Acquiror ERISA Affiliate means each “person” (as defined in Section 3(9) of ERISA) that is treated as a single employer with Acquiror or any of its Subsidiaries for purposes of Section 414 of the Code.
Acquiror ERISA Affiliate has the meaning assigned in Section 4.3(n)(6).
Acquiror ERISA Affiliate has the meaning set forth in ss.4(o)(iii) below.
