The Acquisition Bonus shall be paid quarterly (subject to such withholdings and other customary deductions as may be required by law) no later than 10 days following the completion of the review of the Company’s quarterly financial statements.
The Acquisition Bonus, as referred to in the preceding sentence, shall include only those transactions that have been consummated on or before the date of termination of employment.
