Acquisition Investment definition

Acquisition Investment means any acquisition by Borrower or any Subsidiary of all or substantially all the assets of, or shares or other Equity Interests in, a Person or of a division or line of business of a Person.
Acquisition Investment means any acquisition by Borrower or any Subsidiary of all or substantially all the assets of, or shares or other equity interests in, a Person or of a division or line of business of a Person or other significant assets of a Person (other than inventory, leases, materials, and equipment in the ordinary course of business) which Person maintains its principal place of business in the United States.
Acquisition Investment means the investments, loans, advances, or any combination thereof (which combination may change from time to time) made by any Loan Party to or on behalf of SpectraLink Denmark ApS or for such Loan Party's own account in connection with the Acquisition, provided, however, that the purchase price to be paid under the Stock Purchase Agreement shall not exceed DKK 388,000,000 (or the dollar equivalent thereof), together with any adjustments thereto contemplated under the Stock Purchase Agreement.
