Acquisition List definition
Acquisition List shall have the meaning set forth in the relevant Credit Agreement for each Credit.
Acquisition List means a list of the goods and services approved for financing under the Guaranteed Credits in the form of Annex D submitted pursuant to Section 6.01(o), as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time (with the prior written consent of Ex-Im Bank).
