Acquisition Services definition

Acquisition Services means, with respect to the identification, evaluation and recommendation of opportunities for an Acquisition and any related negotiation of such opportunities, including those services described in Part I of Schedule A.

Acquisition Services means those Services in respect of potential and consummated Acquisitions.

Acquisition Services means any of the following: finding the target hotel; analyzing historical target hotel financial information; introducing HHG to hotel sellers, hotel equity participants, and hotel lenders; negotiating the sales price or terms of an acquisition; preparing financial projections for the target hotel; negotiating the terms of loans; negotiating the terms of equity participation; developing the business plan or preparing the acquisition financial model; or performing due diligence review of the hotel or related real estate.

Examples of Acquisition Services in a sentence

• Contractor performance, quality of products, price, cost savings, and the contractor’s ability to deliver on time are some of the criteria that will be used as a basis for any decision by Acquisition Services to exercise an option year.

• Acquisition Services will remain the SOLE POINT OF CONTACT throughout the procurement process.

• Acquisition Services is the sole point of contact in the State with regard to all procurement and contractual matters relating to the commodities and/or services described herein.

• Where actions are a combination of those of Acquisition Services and the State agencies, the authority will be known as the State.

• Contractor shall furnish to the Office of Acquisition Services certificate(s) of insurance verifying insurance coverage or providing satisfactory evidence of self-insurance as required in this Section (the “Certificates”).

More Definitions of Acquisition Services

Acquisition Services means those services provided by Altisource, Altisource’s Affiliates, or referral brokers that facilitate Residential in the acquisition of REO properties.

Acquisition Services means those Optional Services in respect of potential and consummated Acquisitions.

Acquisition Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

Acquisition Services means services related to the acquisition of real property interests, including use of Landmark’s platform for third-party asset identification, underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, documentation and closing services.

Acquisition Services is defined in Section 4.1(4) hereof.

Acquisition Services means the services as described in Appendix 1.

Acquisition Services has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a)(ii) of this Agreement.
