Acreage Acquisition definition

Acreage Acquisition has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2(o);
Acreage Acquisition has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06(a).
Acreage Acquisition means the Company’s acquisition, directly or indirectly, of a majority of the issued and outstanding shares of Acreage Holdings, Inc.
