Examples of ACS Member in a sentence

  • GCI and GCI Member shall have received a certificate signed by authorized officers of ACS and ACS Member to the effect of the preceding sentence.

Related to ACS Member

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.

  • Founding Member means any individual who is either:

The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Principal Member means the person who signs the application and is responsible for the payment of premiums.
