ACS Wireless Activities definition

ACS Wireless Activities means the wireless voice and data services conducted by ACS and its Affiliates, including Wireless Backhaul and Transport, spectrum and Public WiFi related thereto.

  • Schedule 4.6 lists all of the material Licenses required to enable the ACS Group or its Affiliates to carry on the ACS Wireless Activities as presently conducted.

  • Waive any material right relating to the ACS Wireless Activities, the ACS Assets or the ACS AWN Interest.

  • Supportive services means social, health, educational, income support and employment services and benefits, coordination of community building and educational activities, individualized needs assessment, and individualized assistance with obtaining services and benefits.

  • Company’s Business means the business of operating a commercial or retail bank, savings association, mutual thrift, credit union, trust company, securities brokerage or insurance agency.

  • Restricted Activities means those activities described in Section 10 of this Agreement.
