Actions through Sub-Agents Sample Clauses

The "Actions through Sub-Agents" clause authorizes a party to delegate certain responsibilities or tasks to sub-agents, who act on their behalf. In practice, this means that the main agent can appoint other individuals or entities to perform specific duties, such as handling transactions, managing assets, or executing instructions, as long as these actions fall within the scope of the original agreement. This clause is essential for enabling flexibility and efficiency in fulfilling contractual obligations, especially when specialized expertise or additional resources are required, while also clarifying the extent of permissible delegation.
