Activated Account definition

Activated Account means an Account which has been used by the Cardholder for any transaction within 90 days of the Application Form being approved, including but not limited to, a retail purchase, cash advance or balance transfer;
Activated Account means, individually and collectively, any and all Accounts that you have with us that are enrolled in the Online Service and the Mobile Service. You agree not to use any personally identifiable information when creating nicknames for your Account(s).
Activated Account means a **** consumer credit or consumer debit account issued by JPMC that generates **** or more during the twelve month period prior to the date of measurement.

Examples of Activated Account in a sentence

  • When we receive a payment instruction (for the current or a future date), we will remit funds to the Biller on your behalf from the funds in your selected Activated Account (the “Payment Account”).

  • For example, if you deliver to Bank a wire transfer instruction that is incorrect in any way, you agree that Bank may charge your Activated Account for payment whether or not the error could have been detected by Bank.

  • The Bank shall be entitled to rely on any information or instructions provided to Bank from the Account Administrator and any Authorized User with respect to an applicable Service until Bank receives written notice from an authorized signer on the affected Activated Account to revoke such Account Administrator or Authorized User’s authority.

  • We reserve the right to deny access to the Service or reject a transaction on an Activated Account without notice to you if we believe that there is risk of unauthorized, illegal, or fraudulent activity.

  • When we receive a payment instruction, you authorize us to charge the Activated Account and remit funds on your behalf so that the funds arrive as close to the Business Day designated by you as reasonably possible.

  • You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, require verification of user identity, in a manner satisfactory to us, at any time before allowing access or log in to the Service or before authorizing an online transaction from an Activated Account.

  • In the event you do not successfully provide the information requested, we may, at our sole discretion: 1) refuse a transaction; 2) require you to contact us by phone or in person at a branch for further validation of identity; 3) cancel the Service; and/or 4) take any security precautions we deem appropriate to prevent unauthorized use of the Service or Activated Account.

  • You acknowledge that maintaining confidentiality of the Activated Account is your responsibility.

  • There is no limit to the number of payments that may be authorized; provided, however, that all transactions are subject to the affected Activated Account having sufficient available funds to process the transaction.

  • You further agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use, or potential unauthorized use, of the Service or Activated Account, or of any suspicious or unexplained activity in the Activated Account.

Activated Account means an Account to which a Net Purchase transaction has been posted.

Related to Activated Account

  • Designated Account means the Deposit Account of Borrower identified on Schedule D-1 to the Agreement (or such other Deposit Account of Borrower located at Designated Account Bank that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrower to Agent).

  • Segregated Account means a client bank account as defined by and held in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account or other deposit account at any time linked to any of the Collection Accounts maintained at Truist Financial Corp. by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism.

  • Nominated Account means any of the accounts nominated by you from time to time for use with phone banking, internet banking or Credit External payments.

Capitalized terms used in these Additional Terms and Conditions to Disbursement Instruction Agreement and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the body of the Agreement.

  • Excluded Account means (a) any deposit account specifically and exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Loan Party’s employees and (b) any Xxxxx Cash Accounts.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Controlled Account each Deposit Account and Securities Account that is subject to a Control Agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Lender.

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • L/C Cash Deposit Account means an interest bearing cash deposit account to be established and maintained by the Agent, over which the Agent shall have sole dominion and control, upon terms as may be satisfactory to the Agent.
