Active Associate definition

Active Associate means any Associate who is not an Inactive Associate.

  • Automatic Renewal Charge: As a convenience, if you are an Active Associate and place an order with your personal credit card within ninety (90) days before your renewal date, Isagenix will automatically renew your IAAA by charging the applicable renewal fee (plus tax) to the same credit card, provided it is your current method of payment on file at the time the fee is charged.

  • Conversely, if an entity ceases to be an Active, Associate, or Affiliate member of TASB, then that entity is ineligible to continue its participation in the Cooperative, except as necessary to honor any existing contractual obligations.

  • At completion of the Urology training or after a maximum of five (5) years as Trainee Member, and upon certification of qualification as described in Article 1 above, the Trainee Member will become an Active, Associate or Affiliated Member.

  • Licensee may grant a Sub-license to use this License to an Active Resident Member, an Active Associate member, a person eligible for membership as a Moorage Member, or any other person who is eligible under Club By-laws then in effect to obtain a month-to-month license directly from the Club; provided, however, that the Sub-license shall not be granted to any person who has an interest in any other moorage license or sub-license without approval of the Board of Governors of the Club.
