Active registrations definition

Active registrations means all the registrations that were active at some point during the 2012-2013 fiscal year. This includes registrations that began before the year started and continued into or through the year, as well as those that began during the year.

  • Effective Registration means the registration of the shares of Common Stock granted to the Grantee hereunder pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form S-8 or any successor form under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
