ActiveState Platform definition

ActiveState Platform refers to ActiveState’s Platform located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and all content, services, Runtimes, Komodo, and any or all products provided by ActiveState at or through the ActiveState Platform. It also refers to ActiveState-owned subdomains of ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Occasionally, websites and or products owned by ActiveState may provide different or additional terms of service. If those additional terms conflict with this Agreement, the more specific terms apply to the relevant page or service

Examples of ActiveState Platform in a sentence

  • Customer shall also be responsible for maintaining the security of Customer’s account or passwords or use of ActiveState Platform by Users with or without Customer’s knowledge or consent, and Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that ActiveState shall have no responsibility for such matters.

  • Customer may not terminate this Agreement or request any refund based on failure of its equipment or any ancillary service required for proper functioning of ActiveState Platform and Products.

  • ActiveState Platform does not require and collect any PI during the signup process.

  • The ActiveState Platform and Products are not sold but licensed for the duration of the Term.

  • Customer has no other rights to the ActiveState Platform and Products except as specified in this Agreement.

  • Customer shall be required to submit a signed certificate to ActiveState, upon request verifying that the ActiveState Platform and Products are being used pursuant to this Agreement, including any user limitations.

  • We or our agents may enter the Property in case of an emergency, to make any repairs, alterations or improvements, to supply services, to show the Property to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors, or upon reasonable suspicion that you have breached any of your obligations hereunder.

  • In the event of breach of Warranties, ActiveState’s exclusive liability and Customer’s sole remedy shall be to correct or replace the ActiveState Platform and Products and/or the Documentation within a reasonable time.

  • This license is limited to internal business purposes for evaluating the ActiveState Platform and may not be used not be used for production or commercial purposes.

  • Upon expiration of the Trial Period and/or this Agreement, your right to access or use the ActiveState Platform will also terminate.
