Actual Departure Time definition
Actual Departure Time means the time when the common carrier departs from source of the trip.
Actual Departure Time. For the purpose of determining whether the peak time or off-peak time applies, the actual departure time will be used, regardless of the scheduled booking time set by the Booking agent.
