Actual Facility Size definition

Actual Facility Size means the actual nameplate capacity of the Facility, as built, and as certified by an Independent Engineer, as provided in Section 3.4(b)(xiv)(A), as may be increased pursuant to Section 3.3(b) and certified by an Independent Engineer in any Additional Construction IE Certificate delivered pursuant to Section 3.3(b).

Examples of Actual Facility Size in a sentence
