ACTUAL FUNDS definition
ACTUAL FUNDS. With respect to a Distribution Date, the sum of (i) Available Funds for such Distribution Date, plus (ii) the portion of the Reserve Amount, if any, deposited pursuant to Section 5.1(a) into the Collection Account with respect to such Distribution Date.
