Actual hours worked definition

Actual hours worked means all hours in which the employee actually performed work and does not include any paid or unpaid leave time, including but not limited to vacation and sick leave.
Actual hours worked means the number, dates, times and locations of hours worked by an employee for an employer, whether or not such hours differ from the work schedule provided in advance.
Actual hours worked means each workers' compo- site work period beginning with the starting time of day that the employees' work day commenced, and includes the entire work period, excluding any nonpaid lunch period, and ending with the quitting time each day work was performed by the employee.
