Actual Labor Cost definition

Actual Labor Cost means actual employee costs allocable to the manufacture Collaboration Compound or Manufacture of Collaboration Product, as applicable, which are as follows: salaries, payroll taxes, employee benefits, holiday, sickness, overtime pay and bonuses with respect to such employees. For clarity, Actual Labor Costs shall exclude any employee costs associated with equity incentive plans.
