If the Trade File is submitted by an investment manager or other agent acting on your behalf and on behalf of another party or parties, the aggregate number of Shares that we undertake to lend or otherwise transfer to all parties for whom such investment manager or other agent is acting will be equal to the Actual Number of Shares.
