The outstanding principal amount of each such Bond shall be reduced by the Instalment Amount with effect from the relevant Instalment Date, unless payment of the Instalment Amount is improperly withheld or refused, in which case such amount shall remain outstanding until the Actual Payment Date relating to such Instalment Amount.
