Actual Volumes definition

Actual Volumes means, for each Resource Unit during each applicable measurement period, the actual volume of that Resource Unit measured for that period in accordance with the applicable Supplement.
Actual Volumes means volumes measured on a basis that is consistent with the forecasts at the time of the last tariff review.

Actual Volumes means, with respect to a Production Payment for any Month, the actual quantity of Production Payment Hydrocarbons received by or delivered to or for the account of the Partnership during such Month pursuant to the Production Payment Documents for such Production Payment.
